About Us

Trinity Health Center was established in 2021 as part of the DeSoto County Dream Center. Our mission was and always has been to provide high quality, cost effective, compassionate primary health care to our working uninsured neighbors in DeSoto County.

The clinic works collaboratively with public and private partners to facilitate the development and provision of healthcare services that promote wellness and wholeness. We do this by not only providing medical services, but also through education in self-care and healthy lifestyles.

Our staff includes a collaborating physician, and part-time staff and volunteers. The clinic operates through scheduled appointments and an income-based fee structure.
