Trinity Health Center inspires hope and healing by providing high quality, faith-based primary healthcare to the working uninsured and our underserved neighbors in DeSoto County, Mississippi. By spreading Christ’s love through quality healthcare to those in need, Trinity Health Center provides hope and healing to our underserved neighbors in DeSoto County.
Trinity Health Center works collaboratively with public and private partners in the DeSoto County area to facilitate the development and provision of primary healthcare services which promote the wellness and wholeness of our uninsured neighbors.
THC seeks to promote self-care and family health lifestyles by utilizing a prescribing doctor and full-time physicians as well as part-time staff and volunteers to run a daily clinic that takes appointments in exchange for income-based fees.
Located in the DeSoto County Dream Center at 6935 Windchase Dr., Horn Lake, tour space includes 6 clinic rooms, a lab, intake room, and patient counseling space. Centrally located in their target area and easily accessible to Goodman Road and I-55; Trinity Health Center is just two miles from Baptist DeSoto Emergency Room.
